By accessing or using the SereneMind website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services

SereneMind provides professional mental wellness and therapy services including counselling, psychotherapy, and corporate wellness programmes. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call emergency services or the Singapore Crisis Helpline at 1767.

3. Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or confirmation from our team.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full session fee.
• SereneMind reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to therapist availability or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment

Session fees are as listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of booking or before the session, unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, PayNow, and bank transfer.

5. Confidentiality

All therapy sessions and client information are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with professional ethical standards and the Singapore PDPA. Exceptions may apply where there is risk of harm to self or others, or as required by law.

6. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its systems, or data. All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of SereneMind and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

SereneMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
