You can book a session through our website by clicking the "Book Now" button, or call us directly. We also offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you find the right therapist.
What are your fees?
Our fees start from per session depending on the service and therapist. We offer a free 15-minute consultation. Corporate packages are also available.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, all sessions are strictly confidential. We adhere to Singapore's PDPA and professional ethical guidelines. Exceptions only apply when there is a risk of harm.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, we offer both in-person and online sessions via secure video call. Online sessions are available for most services.
How long does each session last?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Initial consultations are 15 minutes. Couples sessions are 75 minutes. Youth sessions are 50 minutes.
